My approach to 1-on-1 personal training is unique as I incorporate my academic background into each training session to educate others on the benefits of exercise from a scientific perspective.
Knowing what is going on at the scientific level when you exercise is not only interesting, but important in understanding why I tailor each program to suit every client’s individual needs.
