Your first session with me is composed of a 1 hour long fitness assessment. I start by confirming your specific fitness goals that we discussed during the consultation. This ensures that were are both on the same page, and on track for success.
I will then take some quantitative measurements that you are comfortable sharing. These may include body weight, girth, blood pressure, and body fat percentage. These numbers serve as a baseline which we will work together to improve.
Several exercise tests will then follow which are designed to test your cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility. During these tests, I will be looking for any areas of biomechanical weakness, deficiency, or concern that should be taken into consideration before designing your program.
Once the test is complete, I will share my findings with you and explain exactly how I plan to address them within your training program.
