I want your personal training experience to not only meet, but exceed your expectations. Here is what you can expect if you decide to work with me:

Free Consultation & Goal Setting

We will arrange a time at your convenience to meet in person. During your free consultation, we will discuss your current lifestyle, specific health & fitness goals, how I can help you achieve these goals, and what you can expect from my training program. I will learn about your previous health history and if there are any limitations that I should be made aware of before assembling your customized personal training program!

Consultations take approximately 15-20 minutes and are always at no cost.

Comprehensive Exercise Assessment

Your first session with me is composed of a 1 hour long fitness assessment. I start by confirming your specific fitness goals that we discussed during the consultation. This ensures that were are both on the same page, and on track for success.

I will then take some quantitative measurements that you are comfortable sharing. These may include body weight, girth, blood pressure, and body fat percentage. These numbers serve as a baseline which we will work together to improve.

Several exercise tests will then follow which are designed to test your cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility. During these tests, I will be looking for any areas of biomechanical weakness, deficiency, or concern that should be taken into consideration before designing your program.

Once the test is complete, I will share my findings with you and explain exactly how I plan to address them within your training program.

Customized Program Design

Using information obtained from your exercise assessment, I will begin designing customized workouts that are specific to your current fitness levels, and coincide with your goals. Each workout will be significantly different from week to week so that your body is consistently guessing what is next!

Every workout will contain exercises that target your core, lower body, upper body, and cardiovascular system in a way that enables maximum fat loss, and muscle building. I am certified to use a variety of equipment including free weights, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands!

8 Week Re-Assessment & Follow-Up

Every 8 weeks, I will perform a full body re-assessment similar to that of your initial exercise assessment. Using the same structure as before, I will examine each area of your physical fitness and share your improvements. I will also take this opportunity to modify or suggest new fitness goals if needed.

This part of the program is critical to ensure that we are both on track and progressing in the right direction.

Continuing Education & Coaching

I will take every moment I can to educate you on why exactly your program is designed the way it is, and answer any other health and fitness question you might have. I am always available to address any concern or question even when we are not in the gym.
